7 Self-Improvement Podcasts To Inspire You To Start Living Your Best Life

Podcasts are a great resource to supercharge your personal development. Listening to motivational podcasts can move you closer to becoming the best version of yourself and living the life you want to live. These are 7 of my personal favorite podcasts that provide a lot of valuable information about self-improvement and living a positive life.

@Lexie

Host: Lexie Lombard

@Lexie Podcast

The @Lexie podcast is like a fun conversation with a friend. Lexie offers great life advice. She shares real and honest stories from her life, and she asks for questions on her Instagram Story, so she is speaking about topics her audience wants to hear. Her lighthearted, fun, adventurous attitude is very inspiring to me. And she motivates me to be a better version of myself. Plus she inspires me as a content creator. Sometimes, when I get caught up in a content creation rut, Lexie’s content motivates me to keep going.

Lovely With Lana

Host: Lana

Lovely With Lana Podcast

I discovered this podcast after randomly finding Lana’s Instagram account a while back. And I’m so glad I did! Her content is all about bringing together a community of motivated, driven, goal-oriented individuals. Lana covers topics on self-improvement, wellness, and mental health. These are all things I’m very passionate about and love an opportunity to join a discussion on.

Podcast: Date Yourself Instead

Host: Lyss Boss

Date Yourself Instead Podcast

This podcast is all about loving yourself and learning how to be comfortable on your own. Lyss talks about how she started this podcast after going through a breakup. Date Yourself Instead is a great podcast to listen to if you want to improve your relationship with yourself. Lyss offers creative suggestions of tools and activities to help you strengthen your confidence and manifest your dream life.

Life Lessons With Lucie

Host: Lucie Dodd

Life Lessons With Lucie Podcast

Lucie Dodd describes herself as an “eternal optimist.” I appreciate how positive and uplifting her content is. Lucie’s Instagram bio reads “Helping you navigate the human experience, one positive mindset at a time.” I think many of us, myself included, could use more of that.

The Psychology of your 20s

Host: Jemma Sbeg

The Psychology of your 20s Podcast

Jemma tackles many common themes that are related to life in your 20s, such as relationships, mental health, confidence, career, and more. She examines these themes and breaks them down from a psychological perspective. This podcast validates so many of the experiences that we might face in our 20s. Bringing in psychology helps us understand our experiences and know how to feel better.

Coffee At Sunrise

Host: Meagan Carioti

Coffee at Sunrise Podcast

I discovered this podcast while doing research for this blog post. Meagan is such a positive and light-hearted creator, so I was very excited to learn that she has a podcast. Her podcast is like having a chat with a good friend over coffee. Meagan offers advice on the lessons she learns as she navigates life, and her episodes cover a range of topics that anyone also navigating life in their twenties might find interesting.

Sisterhood Of The Uncomfortable Pants

Hosts: Patricia and Cathrin Manning

Sisterhood Of The Uncomfortable Pants Podcast

Sisters Patricia and Cathrin Manning come together to cover a range of topics, often sharing their life experiences and discussing their personal growth. They also do weekly self-care challenges. These weekly self-care challenges are great reminders for those of us who struggle to set aside time to do the things that recharge us.

As you can see, these podcasts all have a very similar theme. If you are also passionate about self-improvement and personal development, I think you will enjoy these podcasts. If you are someone who likes to learn from and get advice from others, these podcasts are great resources to help you on your journey to be the best version of yourself. Join me in putting on some headphones, queuing up a great podcast, and taking a walk!
