๐1 frozen banana
๐ฅ1 tablespoon nut butter of choice (I use almond butter)
๐ฅยผ cup liquid of choice (I use oat milk)

Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend until everything is combined. You can adjust the amount of liquid to meet your desired consistency.
