Sometimes life feels overwhelming.
Like many multi-passionate individuals, I am familiar with confronting the reality of our finite time. There is so much I want to accomplish, but time is a limited resource.

I am in a phase of life where I am balancing a lot. Having so many things running through my mind sometimes makes me feel anxious.
My experiences inspire my content. If I’m going through an anxious episode, I am going to talk about that to (hopefully) help anyone going through a similar experience.
Identifying that I was feeling overwhelmed led me to adopt a curious attitude and start brainstorming what I could do to manage these feelings.
While taking something off your plate is the best way to feel less overwhelmed, most of us don’t want to do that. Everything feels too important, right? So let’s look at ways to manage overwhelm.
Even when life starts to feel chaotic, you don’t have to let anxiety keep you down.
The key is to adjust your mindset and implement simple habits to reduce overwhelm.
I’ve learned that ruminating makes me feel more exhausted and frustrated. While, intentional self-care practices, including mindfulness and journaling, help me stay grounded, so I have the energy to devote to my passions.
