Why Participate in 25 Days of Holiday Joy?
As wonderful as this time of year is, the holiday season can feel emotionally loaded, fast-paced, and overwhelming. That is why I’m planning fun, daily activities to slow down and appreciate the season.
I’ve always loved my family’s holiday traditions, from watching Christmas cartoons to attending festive family gatherings. Now, I am excited to make my own meaningful traditions.

I will schedule a few larger events, like a holiday party. I will select smaller, day-to-day activities based on how I feel in the moment.

This time of year is also about connecting with others and practicing gratitude.
I am a big fan of gratitude journaling, a practice that fits perfectly with this challenge’s theme. Each night, I am going to write down a few things I am grateful for, based on that day’s activity.
