Life By Julia – Monthly Tips to Help You be Your Best Self

I hope everyone had a joyful holiday season full of warmth, connection, and beloved traditions.

While the holidays are a beautiful time, the season can also bring up a lot of emotions. 

As the year comes to an end, I’ve been reflecting on how I can best support this community and fulfill my creative passions while also honoring my limits.

I am so grateful for the way content creation helps me work through my thoughts and inspire others.

But, I recognized that I don’t have the bandwidth to create a brand-new, high-quality post every week. 

I want to be there for all of you, and I want you to get the quality content you deserve. 

So, it’s time to try something new.

I am switching from weekly to monthly blog posts.

Posting monthly will give me more time to write quality posts that share simple, realistic, and balanced self-improvement tips. This schedule will also give me more time to promote each post and continue growing this cozy wellness community.

I’ll still be sharing daily inspiration (Mon-Fri) on TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube, so make sure to follow (links below) for more lifestyle content! And, I might share some additional blog content here and there!
