Tips for Getting Back into a Routine After the Holidays

Happy 2026!

As I write this, I’m enjoying my last day (for now) in my childhood home with my parents. I’m grateful that I got to spend so much time with my family this holiday season. I’m trying to stay present and soak in these last few moments. 

But I also know that I need to prepare to return to life on my own tomorrow. 

So, I’m creating a plan to help me start the year off right and combat the post-holiday blues!

These are all small steps we can take to feel more organized physically and mentally after all of the holiday celebrations.
